The Quality Assurance is sub par, and the urgency of staff to follow up it non existent. After ordering the bucket for my business it arrived with the wrong connection for a ventrac. After calling the phone number on the site and sending pictures via text I expected a part to be sent out that day and a follow up provided as soon as it was sent. I had even mentioned to the rep to send the replacement part via express over the phone. Given that the bucket arrived right before a holiday weekend I was expecting a 24-48 hour arrival time for the part. Instead I hadn't received it until well after the holiday weekend due to the rep not sending the part express or overnight, instead sending it through USPS which does not deliver on Sundays and holidays. When I reached out to the rep days after the initial contact via text asking about tracking numbers I received an email shortly after likely meaning that they didn't send it right away as they should have. After checking the tracking number I noticed that the part was not sent express and would not arrive prior to a scheduled job meaning I had to reschedule with my customers because of your team. This entire experience with the company has not left a good impression especially since I had to pay a hefty shipping fee only for my purchase to arrive incomplete and requiring me to repair the product before it could even be used and having to reschedule previously agreed upon dates and times. At no point was I contacted by a representative to discuss the issue, given an apology for poor quality control, or issued a refund for shipping geven the product did not arrive in working order within the 5 business day period. Instead I had to make the effort to find and answer for something I paid for. Due to this poor experience I feel no urgency in participating in a research and development process for your product.
So far have loved it works flawlessly
I absolutely love my mulch bucket and the extension that goes with it, I have you used it for a couple years now and it helps tremendously with mulch and river gravel and moving other things as well. I’m actually buying another mower and I’ll be purchasing another mulch bucket and extension sometime next month! I highly recommend for anyone who has a landscaping business!
